Why aren't the PDFs are not showing in the PDF viewer?
The ConceptLinks® Inquiry site incorporates Google Docs. Based on user preferences in Internet Explorer (IE), users may need to ‘unblock’ Google.
To do this:
- Make sure you are logged out of any Google items (gmail, docs, reader, etc.)
- Go to “Tools” menu
- Select “Internet Options”
- Click on the “Privacy” tab
- Click the “Sites” button
- Type google.com <http://google.com/> in the “Address of website” field and click “Allow”
- Close the settings
- To to View Menu > Refresh to refresh the page in your browser (F5)
In addition, you may need to clear your cache. To clear cache in IE,
- Go to Tools > Internet Options.
- On the Internet Options popup, on the General Tab, under the Browsing history section, click on the Delete button.
- On the Delete popup, check the options for Temporary Internet Files and Cookies, and then click Delete.
- Finally, refresh the web page
