FAQs

Why aren't the PDFs are not showing in the PDF viewer? 

The ConceptLinks® Inquiry site incorporates Google Docs. Based on user preferences in Internet Explorer (IE), users may need to ‘unblock’ Google.

 To do this:

  • Make sure you are logged out of any Google items (gmail, docs, reader, etc.) 
  • Go to “Tools” menu
  • Select “Internet Options”
  • Click on the “Privacy” tab
  • Click the “Sites” button
  • Type google.com <http://google.com/> in the “Address of website” field and click “Allow”
  • Close the settings
  • To to View Menu > Refresh to refresh the page in your browser (F5)


In addition, you may need to clear your cache. To clear cache in IE,

  • Go to Tools > Internet Options.
  • On the Internet Options popup, on the General Tab, under the Browsing history section, click on the Delete button.
  • On the Delete popup, check the options for Temporary Internet Files and Cookies, and then click Delete.
  • Finally, refresh the web page
